Vignette^® IDM allows you to efficiently capture, manage, and distribute documents.

IDM’s scalable modules provide for high-volume document imaging, e-mail capture, business process workflow and case management, internal report management and distribution, and electronic statement capture and presentment.

About This Document

The Supported Platforms Matrix describes the operating environment and supporting software required for use with Vignette IDM.

Platforms are supported only when used in the combinations enumerated in this document.

Running Vignette IDM software in a configuration that is not listed in this matrix may result in unpredictable performance and is not supported.

This document is updated for each software release, is current as of the update date listed and supersedes any previous versions posted for this release.

Server Components

The Vignette IDM Web Services Toolkit is an optional module that allows users to develop applications that interface with Vignette IDM Server using web based standards and protocols.

The matrices below apply to only the following Vignette IDM components:
